The Head of the Political-Economic Section at the U.S. Embassy Podgorica, Scott Parrish, participated today in a key handover ceremony for 28 individual houses across the territory of Montenegro, as part of the implementation of the Regional Housing Program (RHP). Alongside the European Union, the United States is a significant contributor to RHP, which was established to offer long-lasting housing solutions to vulnerable refugees and displaced individuals in the aftermath of the conflicts that took place on the former Yugoslav territory between 1991 and 1995.
