OpenAI is calling the customizable versions of ChatGPT “GPTs,” which it says will be able to comply with specified instructions and have access to user-provided information. “The upsides of this are going to be tremendous,” OpenAI CEO Sam Altman said on stage on Monday. “It gives agency to everyone.” ChatGPT currently has 100 million weekly active users, Altman added. “GPTs are a new way for anyone to create a tailored version of ChatGPT to be more helpful in their daily life, at specific tasks, at work, or at home—and then share that creation with others,” the company said in a blog post. “Anyone can easily […]
