Panama exported 270 containers of seedless watermelon to the United States and Europe. 80 containers were sent to Europe and 190 containers were destined for the US market, 50 of which have seedless mini watermelons and 140 have large seedless watermelons, according to the Ministry of Agricultural Development (Mida).
The exports were made by the Estrada Company, SA, which exports seedless watermelon to the United States, the Netherlands, Spain and will carry out tests in England.
