Col. Taylor Ferrell, 12th Flying Training Wing commander and Chief Master Sgt. Joseph Stuart, 12th FTW command chief, hosted an off-site Leadership Conference for senior leaders and award winners April 4-6 at the US Air Force Academy. The conference included guest speaker Lt.Col. (Ret) Robert “Cujo” Teschner, who discussed accountable leadership and the importance of debriefing in high-performing teams. The 12th FTW members also toured the USAFA’s Multi-Domain Laboratory, flight simulators and had the opportunity to have discuss leadership philosophy with Col.
